Visual Art Journaling Class

Are you interested in developing more self-awareness, expanding your creativity, and connecting with others through the art-making process? Join us for a 6 week exploration in visual journaling.

Combining spontaneous art-making with reflective writing, the visual journaling process can
explore blockages and stress and facilitate new insights and ideas.

Various art media techniques will be demonstrated.

Journaling themes will be tailored to individual members.

No art-making or journaling experience is necessary to participate in this open and exploratory group for men and women ages 18 and over.

Dates: 6 weeks, Saturdays Oct 5 - Nov 9, 2013

Time: 10-11:30am

Location: O Gallery (inside the La Place Shopping Mall) -

2101 Richmond Rd, Beachwood

Cost: $80/person, cost includes journal and use of supplies in-studio
