10-year-old boy among two arrested for breaking and entering

Dec. 9, 3:58 p.m. — Police responded to a report of three males trying to break into a garage on the 3300 block of Altamont Road. Police arrived and found one suspect, a 10-year-old boy, riding his bike, and another, a 15-year-old male, on the porch of the home next door. Both were arrested.

Doors found damaged at N. Taylor Road home

Dec. 9, 6:19 p.m. — A resident of the 2100 block of N. Taylor Road reported that the doors to their home were damaged, but nothing was stolen.

TV, laptop stolen from home

Dec. 9. 7:21 p.m. — Police responded to a home burglary alarm on the 1000 block of Brandon Road and found a television and a laptop stolen.
