Cleveland Heights Police Nab Accused Thief
Man arrested and charged after neighbor saw him acting suspiciously
An alert neighbor led Cleveland Heights Police to thefts in progress on Taylor Road this weekend, the department reports on its Facebook page.
Jozelle Smith was arrested and charged with breaking and entering and receiving stolen property after police said he was seen acting suspiciously in a parking lot on the 1800 block of Taylor Road. Police charged him with entering cars and taking items from inside.
He fled when police showed up, but he was caught soon after, the department reports.
