Dispute Between Men Leads to Gunfire Near Coventry

Police arrested a 23-year-old Shaker Heights resident and charged him with felonious assault

An argument between two men who know each other resulted in gunfire at 6:34 p.m. Sunday near Hampshire and Coventry roads, police reported.

The 19-year-old Cleveland Heights resident and 23-year-old Shaker Heights resident had a dispute in a parking lot off of Hampshire Road, according to . The Shaker Heights resident is accused of then pulling out a handgun and firing three shots at the teen. He missed, and no one was injured.

Police issued a warrant for the 23-year-old and arrested him Monday. Calvin Johnson is charged with felonious assault.
