Two girls aged 10 and 11 told police that a man stopped them as they were walking to school near Silsby and South Taylor Road just before 8 a.m. He asked them if he could take pictures of them because they were cute, police said. He took four or five photos, and then asked if he could hug the girls and they allowed it. Then he asked to exchange phone numbers and left.

The girls told someone at their school about the incident and it was reported to police.
