Grandson Charged With Aggravated Murder In Woodridge Road Death
Dale Palmer, 21, is in jail on the murder charge after police say he killed his grandmother, Jualene G. Winston, 55, Saturday in an upstairs bedroom in her home on Woodridge Road.
A Cleveland Heights man has been charged with aggravated murder in the death of his grandmother, according to Cleveland Heights Police.

Palmer is being held on $250,000 bond and is being taken to county jail.

Police were called to the home Saturday afternoon for a welfare check. Winston's son told police that she had been assaulted in an upstairs bedroom.
Palmer was arrested Saturday after running from police.

On Saturday, the home at 3499 Woodridge Road was roped off with yellow tape and investigators are going in and outside the house wearing rubber gloves. The street was also closed with police tape stretched across in front of the home.
