Kareema Cooper, Accused Of Murdering Her Baby, Will Be In Court Tuesday

Kareema Cooper, 40, was indicted in July on murder, involuntary manslaughter, reckless homicide, felonious assault and endangering children in the Feb. 5 death of her child.

A Cleveland Heights woman accused of murdering her 6-week-old baby will be in court Tuesday.

Kareema Cooper, 40, was indicted in July on murder, involuntary manslaughter, reckless homicide, felonious assault and endangering children in the Feb. 5 death of her child, according to court records. 

WKYC reports that the baby's death was caused by a lethal dose of antihistamine.

Cooper is scheduled to be arraigned in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas on Tuesday morning, said Maria Russo, spokeswoman for the prosecutor's office.
