Man Robs Key Bank on Coventry Road

Suspect wore scarf over his face

A man robbed  around 9 a.m. Monday wearing a scarf over his face and carrying a gun.

The man asked the teller for money, but the Cleveland Heights Police Department and the FBI said they could not comment on exactly how much he took. He carried a gun, but police said they are not sure whether it was real or fake.

Images from the video of the robbery show a white man wearing a light blue button-up shirt with a collar, an indigo blue newsboy-like cloth hat and a black scarf tied around his face. He ran toward the back of the building, and police could not find him.
