Police Blotter: Caller Helps Catch Drunken Driver

The man did not seem to be in control of his car when a concerned citizen called police

A concerned resident called Cleveland Heights police after he saw a man driving erratically down Fairmount Boulevard on Aug. 12.

Apparently the man had hit a stop sign near Fairmount and Woodland, and did not stop. 

Police found the suspect at Noble and Parkdale and charged the man for the hit-skip and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
