Police Blotter: Naked Man Assaults Woman in Dave's Market

A employee called police on Sept. 18 after a naked man came into the store and assaulted her. The man asked the employee for a lighter, and when she said she didn't have one, he punched her and ran. The man was later arrested in full dress.

A Derbyshire Road resident called to report that her apartment's washer and dryer had been turned upside down. Police said there are no suspects.

Found weapons

A homeowner in the 1100 block of Oxford Road found a knife in the front yard. It was turned in to police.
