Police Called For Baby Receiving First Haircut

Cleveland Heights Police visited a home on Nobleshire Road on Aug. 8 because a resident hear a baby crying for a long time.
It turns out the baby was crying because his father was giving him his first haircut, according to a Cleveland Heights Police incident report.
The police made sure the boy had no injuries, and everything checked out OK.
