This bar location was having problems just a few years back when it had a different name. The new owners faced heat in trying to get a liquor license and argued that things would be different, but it looks like they were wrong. I hate to say it, but I'm not sure that area needs so many bars, especially since The Shillelagh is still around after all the problems it's been causing. The Noble-Monticello business district is more and more a magnet for non-resident trouble-makers and perhaps if this happens again CH should start consider revoking liquor licenses and declairing more properties "nuisances."
