Thief Fires BB Gun at Woman During Robbery
Cleveland Heights Police said the man pushed the victim down and shot her with the BB gun several times.
A 22-year-old woman was walking at 1:31 a.m. Aug. 25 on the 2700 block of Lancashire Road when she said a man with a BB gun robbed and assaulted her.
The robber pushed the Cleveland Heights resident on the ground and shot her with the BB gun several times, according to police. He stole her purse and fled. Police later recovered her purse, but it did not contain her iPhone and wallet.
The woman was evaluated at the scene for injuries but was not transported to the hospital.
