Teen Charged With Robbing Delivery Man To Appear in Court

Dennis Chapman's arraignment is set for Wednesday

A Cleveland teen charged with robbing a pizza delivery man in Cleveland Heights Jan. 17 will appear in court Wednesday.

Dennis Chapman's arraingment will be at 8:30 a.m. He was indicted on charges of aggravated robbery and having weapons while under disability.

Chapman, 19, is accused of luring a 20-year-old Grab-n-Go Pizza Express employee to an abandoned house near the 3300 block of Desota Avenue by ordering two large pizzas. When the victim arrived, the suspect robbed him at gunpoint, stealing about $150 and an iPhone.

Chapman was arrested on a parole violation the day after the robbery, according to the Cuyahoga County Proescutor's Office.
