Woman Arrested After Leaving Baby Alone In Hot Car

A 32-year-old Cleveland Heights woman faces a child endangerment charge after she left her baby alone in a hot car outside Walmart.

The Sun News reports that the woman left her 11-month-old baby in the car alone on the afternoon of July 13 in the parking lot of Severance Town Center. The woman had left the windows cracked.

The temperature at the time was 86 degrees.

Cleveland Heights Police were alerted to the incident by bystanders who noticed the baby in the car.
