The Cleveland Heights resident called police and said several men were running through her backyard with items under their jackets.

A Cleveland Heights resident called police at 1:15 p.m. Nov. 3 and said four men were running through her backyard with items under their jackets.

While police were following up on that call, another woman called and reported a burglary near the 14000 block of Superior.

Cleveland Heights police said they eventually caught three of four accused of the burglary. The men reportedly stole one pair of shoes and an iPhone. One boy, a 20-year-old East Cleveland man and 21-year-old Cleveland Heights man have been arrested, but according to the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office website, the two adults have not been charged yet. More information about the youth was not available.
