Office Sought: Cleveland Heights-University Heights School Board
Previous Political Office Sought or Held: I have served on the CH-UH School Board for four years
Candidate Statement: I'm proud of my service on the CH-UH School Board. We have hired an excellent superintendent, significantly increased instructional time in every grade level, cut over $6 million from the budget without touching the classrooms and increased public support for the schools.
These changes have already improved student performance, but we must continue these efforts and strengthen community connections.
I will continue to support initiatives such as the 1:1 laptop program and our new literacy programs as well as our fabulous arts, music, sports and other extra curricular activities.
