Michelle, Is Phyllis Evans eligible to be re-appointed to her own position? I know she was trying to get it back, even though she retired from it. If she is re-appointed she would be "double-dipping"--paid for the same position she is retired from. Would be getting a pension and the city council salary both. Thanks!
