Cleveland Heights City Council, CH-UH School Board to Meet Tonight

Presidents, vice presidents will be nominated and voted on at both meetings, and new and re-elected members will be sworn in

Both the and the are scheduled to meet at 7 tonight.

The newest member of City Council, , will be sworn in, as well as incumbents . Councilman Jason Stein will also be sworn in. Council members to fill former Councilman Mark Tumeo’s seat. Stein ran unopposed and was elected to serve the final two years of Tumeo’s four-year term.

Members will also nominate and vote on a mayor/council president and vice mayor/vice president of council this evening, as council does every two years.

CH-UH School Board President Eric Coble and Board Member Nancy Peppler will be sworn in at the regular school board meeting. They ran unopposed and CH-UH School Board members will also nominate and vote on a president and vice president, as the board does each year.
