As chair of the Planning and Development Committee, it seems that Mr. Wicox's ideas about Oakwood are very important. I would like to know if Mr. Wilcox thinks that the proposed development for Oakwood is a regional issue, and why or why not. What can he do to move this important issue in a positive direction?
