Cleveland Heights City Council will consider approving the plans for a new salt storage facility at its regular meeting at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 15 in City Hall.

Council members will review two resolutions, one with CT Consultants for architectural and engineering services for the facility, and another with Legacy Building Solutions for materials and installation services. The agenda indicates that the city would like to replace the existing building at 1418 Warrensville Center Road.

Council will also consider declaring the properties at 3266 Desota Ave. and 2920 Noble Road to be nuisances.

The full agenda is included with this article. Look for highlights from the meeting soon.
