Meeting about sustainable zoning code amendments

Cleveland Heights City Council introduced Ordinance Number 20-2012, enacting and adopting a revised zoning code to incorporate sustainable practices.

Residents have three opportunities to comment:

1. The Planning Commission will receive public comment and begins discussion at its regularly scheduled March 14th meeting at City Hall.

2. City Council will hold a public hearing March 26 at the Community Center.

3. The Planning Commission will discuss amendments, receive additional public comment and prepare recommendations at its regularly scheduled April 11th meeting held at City Hall.
