Neighborhood Stabilization Program open houses

The City of Cleveland Heights' is holding Neighborhood Stabilization Program open houses for four  renovated homes:

3942 Delmore Road
950 Dresden (includes side lot)
3273 East Overlook Road
863 Nelaview Road (includes side lot)

Because these homes were purchased and renovated using Neighborhood Stabilization Program federal funds, there are specific eligibility requirements for potential home buyers. For a list of the requirements, visit http://www.clevelandheights.com/whatsnew.asp?id=961.
