Plain Dealer: Cuyahoga County Makes Error On Cleveland Heights Home's Value

A Cleveland Heights resident said the county incorrectly marked her home's value at more than three times its actual worth.

The Plain Dealer reported that Cuyahoga County made a mistake in labeling a Cleveland Heights home's value.

The owner, Eve McPherson, said she was shocked when she saw her home's new proposed value was $367,600. The home had been assessed at $108,100 in 2007, and she bought it for $115,000 at that time.
