If your car backfires...and you are Black...you will be executed...like the lynch mob of years past...the posse catches up with you...and they are pretty angry by now...and it is nobody's fault?

I'd love to see the whole mess…Read More raised and the area turned into a public park/recreation area with walking trails, bicycle paths, community gardens, etc. It seems the wind turbines could be in a place like that too. That's my dream, but we'll probably get some hideous redundant commercial development instead.
