Seven Cleveland Heights homes in foreclosure are scheduled for sheriff's sales Monday, July 22, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 9 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.

Here are the Cleveland Heights properties in Monday's sale:

  • 2821 NORTH PARK BOULEVARD: Appraised for $300,000; minimum bid of $200,000.
  • 13037 CEDAR ROAD: Appraised for $50,000; minimum bid of $33,334.
  • 3445 WASHINGTON BOULEVARD: Appraised for $32,000; minimum bid of $21,334.
  • 3289 CHELSEA DRIVE: Appraised for $55,000; minimum bid of $36,667.
  • 1169 ERIEVIEW ROAD: Appraised for $28,000; minimum bid of $18,667.
  • 3285 EUCLID HEIGHTS BOULEVARD: Appraised for $35,000; minimum bid of $23,334.
  • 3523 WOODRIDGE ROAD: Appraised for $25,000; minimum bid of $16,667.
