Foreclosed Cleveland Heights Homes Sold At Auction: Find Out What They Sold For

Find out how much foreclosed homes in Cleveland Heights were sold for.

Five foreclosed Cleveland Heights homes were sold at sheriff's auction on Aug. 5, according to Cuyahoga County foreclosure records.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 9 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.

Here are the Cleveland Heights properties sold at auction Aug. 5:

  • 2549 NOBLE ROAD: Sold for minimum bid of $44,654.80.
  • 1159 OXFORD ROAD: Sold for minimum bid of $22,000.
  • 3658 RANDOLPH ROAD: Appraised for $21,000; sold for $20,000. 
  • 3559 BLANCHE AVENUE: Appraised for $22,000; sold for $40,800.
  • 3456 E. SCARBOROUGH ROAD: Appraised for $65,000; sold for $64,705.
