Home Prices Rising In Cleveland Heights

Home prices are up in Cleveland Heights.

Cleveland Heights homes are selling for more in 2013 than they did in 2012, according to a report from the Plain Dealer.

The newspaper analyzed data from the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Office to see how home prices were faring in the county's suburbs.

Home prices are up year-over-year in most cities in the county, according to the report.

In Cleveland Heights this year, there have been 553 home sales with an average price of $99,003. Last year, there were 403 home sales with an average price of $90,425, according to the newspaper's data.

That's an increase of 9.5 percent.
