Walker thanked the board and district staff for the opportunity to study abroad in Thailand and for their help in making the transition back to school easy.

“In Thailand, a lot of the other foreign exchange students were so worried about coming back to their countries and having to come back to their school and having to repeat a year, but my school district helped me make my year so easy to come back and not have to worry about this,” she said.
