Cleveland Heights-University Heights School Board will meet tonight

The Cleveland Heights-University Heights City Schools Board of Education will hear the five-year financial forecast at tonight's meeting.

Ohio Governor John Kasich which included more funding and more autonomy for school principals.

Here is a quick summation for those not drinking the BOE kool aid: Enrollment in Heights schools contnues to plummet, more homeowners move out the first chance they get resulting in higher taxes for those left, and continued denial and covering up of the pathetic quality of the Heights schools. Now the BOE and their dimwitted lackeys would like their constituents to "carry on as there is nothing to see hear, carry on".

The schools do the best they can with the challenging enrollment base that walks through the door. Rather than throwing in the towel and complaining anonymously online, get involved and be a catalyst for change.
