Jack Ricchiutto, a writer, designer, innovator and an organizational development facilitator, will be at Mac's Backs to discuss his new book "The Joy of Thriving," which is about applying the practice of happiness to daily life. The book covers topics such as Quest for Meaning, Upward Spirals, the Art of Savoring, Radical Self-Acceptance, Ambivalence about Happiness, Joy in Uniqueness and Caring for the Whole.
Ricchiutto has written 10 books, including "Collaborative Creativity," "Accidental Conversations," "Project Zen," "Mountain Paths," and "The Stories that Connect Us."
He has taught at Kent State University's EMBA program for over 15 years and has taught at UC Berkeley and Vanderbilt Universities. He also mentors top emerging environmental leaders and scientists from programs like Harvard, Tufts, MIT, and Rutger.
