Learn to protect your kids from cyber-bullying at special parent session
From Angee Shaker, director of communications and community engagement for the Cleveland Heights-University Heights school district: The Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District is proud to partner with the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) for a special session to help parents protect their kids from cyber-bullying.
The Anti-Defamation League will present Youth and Cyber-bullying: What Families Don’t Know Will Hurt Them at Cleveland Heights High School on Monday, January 10, and Tuesday, January 11, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Social Room.
This interactive training for adult family members will increase understanding about the language, skills, information, and challenges associated with cyber-bullying. The session will assist families in helping their children respond in appropriate ways to incidents of cyber-bullying and in promoting safe and respectful online environments for all people.
