Group was only high school competitors and placed 4th out of 19 teams.

The Heights High Barbershoppers competed in the International Youth Barbershop Chorus Festival January 10-13.

They were the youngest vocalists there and placed fourth in a field that included 19 groups. Much of the competition has been singing barbershop style music for longer than the boys have been alive.

The Heights group received an Excellent rating and was recognized for being such a skilled young group - the only one with all high school aged members.
