Next CH-UH Facilities Master Plan Meeting Postponed

The next meeting will be April 18

The fourth Cleveland Heights-University Heights Facilities Master Plan Community Meeting set for March 21 has been postponed.

The district and architects working on the plan will now host the meeting at 6:30 p.m. April 18.

The meeting was rescheduled "to allow for more community engagement and feedback," according to the CH-UH Facilities Master Plan blog.

At the most recent meeting in February, architects presented that would close a half a dozen CH-UH schools or more.

In “Design Idea A,” remains a high school, and pre-kindergarten through eighth grade campuses are created at , and .

In “Design Idea B,” Heights High remains a high school, K-8 campuses are created at Roxboro and Wiley and PK-3 programs exist at , and Coventry.

The two ideas were narrowed down from nine original plans. Residents had several questions about the plans they saw, which are answered here.
