Next CH-UH Facilities Master Plan Meeting Postponed

The next meeting will be April 18

The fourth Cleveland Heights-University Heights Facilities Master Plan Community Meeting set for March 21 has been postponed.

The district and architects working on the plan will now host the meeting at 6:30 p.m. April 18.

The meeting was rescheduled "to allow for more community engagement and feedback," according to the CH-UH Facilities Master Plan blog.

At the most recent meeting in February, architects presented that would close a half a dozen CH-UH schools or more.

In “Design Idea B,” Heights High remains a high school, K-8 campuses are created at Roxboro and Wiley and PK-3 programs exist at , and Coventry.

The two ideas were narrowed down from nine original plans. Residents had several questions about the plans they saw, which are answered here. Parents and community members also asked why they didn't see the seven other designs. What are your thoughts on the process or the plans? Will you attend the next meeting?
