Patch Will Offer $1 Off Meal At Heights Alumni Pancake Breakfast

The first 100 people who sign up for a daily newsletter from Cleveland Heights Patch at the Cleveland Heights High School Alumni Foundation Pancake Breakfast will get $1 off the meal.

The Alumni Foundation is flipping flapjacks for a good cause this Sunday, and Cleveland Heights Patch is getting involved.

This is the 16th year the foundation is hosting its Annual Pancake Breakfast, and proceeds benefit scholarship programs for Heights High seniors. Pancakes are served from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and Cleveland Heights Patch will offer $1 off meals for the first 100 people who sign up for our . The day's headlines will be delivered — free of charge — to your inbox every morning.

Admission is $6 for adults, $5 for 4- to 12-year-olds and $5 for people 60 years old or more. We'll give you a dollar off that price and give it to the alumni foundation at the end of the event.

We'll be at the entrance at a table with a huge "Cleveland Heights Patch" banner, so you can't miss us.

Last year more than 500 alumni, students and their family and friends came for the all-you-can-eat first meal of the day. The event is open to the public, and attendees can take tours of the school and enter for a chance to win an Apple iPod Shuffle, iPod Nano or iPad. Raffle tickets are seven for $10 or 15 for $20.
