DRAFT DAY: Party With Patch or Join The Chat

It's here! Make sure you either come out to Solon Panini's Thursday night or join our online chat

Finally, the draft has come back to Cleveland.

That's right football fans, it's draft day and the boys in brown and orange are on the clock.

Not only is tonight a big night for Cleveland fans, it's a great night for Patch fans.

Draft Party: At 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Patch and will team up and throw a party to celebrate the first round of the draft. We'll be set up at the bar, and we'll be giving away prizes. Hint: You can eat some of the prizes!

Live Chat: Cant' make it to Solon? During the draft party, Patch Editors Chris Mazzolini and Mitch Cooper will be hosting a live chat that will stream on all of Ohio's Patch sites. That will give you the perfect venue to discuss the draft and who the team picks during the first round. So even if you can't make it to Panini's, you can join in the fun just by going to your community's Patch site.

Now you have no excuses to miss out, Cleveland fans. Patch has all your draft needs covered.

So make sure to head to Solon Panini's or drop in to your community Patch site and join in on the fun!

Why isn't the "Mentor Patch" having a party in Mentor? Wasn't a pole just completed on places to eat in Mentor?

Hi, Ron, Much as we'd like to have parties in each of our Patches, we don't have the staff to cover every one for an event like this, which will require at least four Patch employees to pull off. We'll be in Mentor for another type of event soon, and we hope you'll join us then. And we'd love to have you take part in our chat tonight. Thanks for commenting.
