A beginning level class suitable for EVERY body regardless of fitness level, health condition or age. Discover a profound sense of well-being as you relax the mind and body with simple energy releasing practices, gentle stretching and bending and mental awareness techniques. We will briefly explain the underpinnings of Satyananda Yoga and guide you through a sampling of the asanas (physical postures) pranayama (breathing awareness practices), and a guided relaxation.
