This Friday class is a perfect way to end the week. We combine basic yoga poses with deep stretching to help relax tired bodies and busy minds. This is a slow moving class, perfect for beginners as well as advanced yogis. We learn how to use bolsters and blocks to support us while we deepen into a comfortable stretch, and we also learn how to use our breathing to help deepen the stretches. These supported poses also give us an opportunity to practice
methods for relaxing our minds and letting go of our to-do list. A great way to get rejuvenated for the weekend!
