It seemed as though everyone had an opinion as to where Cleveland Heights football star Kyle Dodson would choose to play college football.

When this article appeared on Jan. 31, more than 1,500 people voted in the poll, most thinking the offensive tackle would choose the Michigan State Spartans.

Scouting website rivals.com rated him as the 16th best offensive tackle prospect in the U.S., and he was ranked 10th best player in the state and 178 nationally.

According to an article on ESPN, Dodson was committed to Wisconsin but began to change his mind. In addition to Wisconsin, Dodson took official visits to Ohio State, Auburn, USC and Michigan State.

On National Signing Day he made his decision to play for Urban Meyer at The Ohio State University. 

"I have always loved Ohio State," Dodson said on signing day.
