Brandon, Can you put a link to those pictures here? I think this is the perfect place for the photos; it serves as a contrast. Why does this article have the feature "upload photos and videos" if you don't want contributions? Thanks.

Why were the pics moved? Who is Brandon Baker, and how is he authorized to make such decisions?

Great questions, Fran. I guess if things can't be seen, they don't exist, and then can't, or won't be questioned. If I have to add The CH Patch to 'my list', I have no problem with that. I'd rather the CH Patch worked to inform and enhance our community, but if they want to serve the dark side, I'm game.

The photos were removed from this article because this article is about Cumberland Pool opening, not the closing of Denison. Yes, we like it when our readers upload pictures, but any uploaded images should remain on the story's actual topic. I moved them to the Cleveland Heights Pics & Clips page, where we encourage readers to upload pictures (http://clevelandheights.patch.com/pics#photo-10115310). I would also invite you to read this article by editor Michelle Simakis, who wrote about the city's plans when the project first began (http://clevelandheights.patch.com/articles/denison-pool-demolition-park-renovations-to-begin-soon). We certainly don't discount your views on the city's plans. You are more than welcome to write a blog about it or any other topic. And Garry, you can read more about me and my role at Patch here (http://clevelandheights.patch.com/users/brandon-baker-4bf2822d). Thanks for reading and for your input.

Brandon Baker, You make a valid point that this is a Cumberland article, not Dennison. Further, your bio shows you have the experience and job title to make such decisions. I have, once again, learned some humility. Keep up the good work, Brandon Baker!! Thanks!
