Really? Heating Unit Maintenance! First, I want you to understand I know that most of our homeowners aren't going to actually fix or clean their heating units. My belief is that your role in the process is knowing what and how your heating unit does what it does. If you understand that, you are not at the mercy of your technician to make costly decisions. We want to give you the information that you need to make informed decisions. And the necessary knowledge to save money by doing some things yourself. If you are so inclined. Everyone typically has a yearly "Clean & Check" done on the furnace or boiler every fall. What do they do? What does it cost? I want to hear from you on this!
