However, I must say the other attorneys and the staff were extremely compassionate and helpful also. I highly recommend this firm to anyone who wants to be treated respectfully and compassionately. Very professional firm. The main attorney (Delchin) we worked with did a wonderful job and we were very happy with the result. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and considerate. We had an emergency situation arise on a Saturday evening and they have a 24 hour on call attorney who returned our call around 10:30 pm and advised us what to do. It really put my mind at ease because I was really worried about our situation and would have been in a horrible state if I had to wait till Monday to speak with an attorney. I have had bad experiences with attorneys in the past and I really don't like attorneys but this law firm really changed my thinking. They seemed to genuinely care about our problems and all of them (the staff included) were so helpful and comforting. They assured us that things would work out during one of the worst times of my life and they came through. I worked with both Robert Delchin and Bob Biales (I think there are other attorneys there also) and they were both compassionate, professional and competent. I would highly recommend them.
