Gearity Professional Development School and Early Childhood Cent

The Gearity Professional Development School is the smallest elementary school in the Cleveland Heights - University Heights school district, with enrollment at 312 students. The K-5 school has a partnership with John Carroll University, so professors and education students, alongside classroom teachers, work with Gearity children. The Early Childhood Center, a preschool for three-to-five year olds, is in a separate wing of the building. The two schools collaborate on some programs, including the buddy program that fourth and fifth graders participate in with preschool students. Parents can send their children part or full time.
