Established in 1972, Heights Community Congress (HCC) is a non-profit organization that works to promote diversity in all communities. It focuses on providing fair and equal housing choices for all citizens. They hold many workshops and events and are known for their Annual Heights Heritage Home and Garden Tour. The main office is located in Rockefeller Center or Lee Road, on the second floor. The main entrance is right beside the doors to the Cedar Lee Movie Theater.
