I hate 'Spring Forward' because I love my sleep. But I also love those gorgeous long summer days that we get here in Ohio. So if we need to lose an hour of sleep on one day to enjoy a wonderful summer, so be it. Don't forget at 2 a.m. on March 10, 2013 wind the clocks forward an hour for daylight saving time.
