CityMusic Cleveland was founded by six friends who had a strong belief that music should be enjoyed by everyone. Its concerts are a place of gathering for friends, families, and colleagues. It offers courses for teens, adults, seniors, deaf and disabled people. The school now has 14 different location throughout Northeast Ohio.

Cleveland Heights High School, founded in 1901 and at its current location on Lee and Cedar roads since 1927, educatesMore students in the  Cleveland Heights and University Heights areas. In 2004, Heights High was divided into smaller schools with the hope that student achievement, engagement and graduation rates would improve. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation donated $20 million to the KnowledgeWorks Foundation, which created the Ohio High School Transformation Initiative. Five different principals lead Legacy, P.R.I.D.E., R.E.A.L., Mosaic Experience and Renaissance, and each has its own philosophical approach to teaching and learning.

North Union Farmers Market has been operating farmers markets throughout the Cleveland area since 1995. The markets sellMore producer-only goods from Northeast Ohio in order to promote the environmental and economic benefits of local consumption. The first market was is Shaker Heights, close to the current office in Shaker Square. North Union Farmers Market's board of seventeen trustees has relations with many Cleveland organizations, including the Cleveland Botanical Garden, the Cleveland Clinic and the Shaker Historical Society.
