Marketing and Community Relations Manager for Heights Libraries Accepts New Job
Dean Schnurr will be director of marketing and community relations for Bowling Green State University-Firelands
Dean Schnurr, marketing and community relations manager for Cleveland Heights-University Heights Library, has accepted a position with Bowling Green State University-Firelands, and his last day in the office will be Wednesday. Schnurr, who started his role with the library last spring, was offered the director of marketing and community relations job at Firelands in mid-December. “Although I was not actively looking for new employment, this was presented to me as a possibility," Schnurr said. "Because I thought this was such a good opportunity, and it was in my hometown in Sandusky, I decided to pursue that opportunity.” Schnurr, who lives in Lyndhurst, starts his new job Jan. 24.
