A Cleveland Heights man suspected of seven bank robberies has been indicted in federal court, NewsNet5 reports. Kevin Wolcott, 40, was arrested Nov. 21 after Shaker Heights Police said they spotted him leaving PNC Bank on Chagrin Boulevard just after it was robbed.
