Where to Park in Cleveland Heights
The city does not permit parking on streets from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m., but there are a few exceptions
Many Cleveland Heights residents know they can't park on city streets from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m. daily. At Monday's City Council meeting, council members passed a resolution, included each year, to continue to make exceptions for certain streets and also allow permit parking in specified areas, said Councilman Kenneth Montlack. Montlack said the list of streets that allow parking is sometimes added to from year to year, but the 2011 resolution has the same information as last year.
