Cleveland Heights Woman Curates Show Featuring Local Music Photographers

'Visual Music: Northeast Ohio Photographers Look at Rock and Roll' will be open Friday and next weekend

Cleveland Heights resident Anastasia Pantsios has captured some of the biggest pop and rock icons on stage. She’s photographed a laundry list of superstars like Prince, Madonna, Michael and The Boss, just to name a few. Most of her photographs are from Cleveland venues like the former Richfield Coliseum, Blossom and Public Hall. Eighteen of her photos and the work of 11 other photographers from Northeast Ohio, including two other music photographers from Cleveland Heights, are now on display at Zaller Gallery on 16006 Waterloo Road. People can browse and buy the photographs this weekend and during the Waterloo Arts Fest June 25.  Pantsios organized the show, Visual Music: Northeast Ohio Photographers Look at Rock and Roll, which features …

Work From Cleveland Heights Music Photographers Featured in Show

Opening reception for the show, Visual Music: Northeast Ohio Photographers Look at Rock and Roll, tonight from 7 to 10

The work of three Cleveland Heights music photographers will be on display and for sale throughout the month of June at the show Visual Music: Northeast Ohio Photographers Look at Rock and Roll.  The opening is tonight from 7 to 10 at 16006 Waterloo Road, near the Beachland Ballroom. A dozen music photographers from Northeast Ohio put together about 250 shots spanning decades and genres. Local bands and national acts shot in big area arenas and venues like the Grog Shop and Beachland Ballroom are among the featured photographs.  The gallery will be open at various times throughout the month of June, said Anastasia Pantsios, a Cleveland Heights resident and photographer who organized the show.
